Fatih has 20 years advisory experience and had led more than 300 M&A projects in a Big 4 Company before he established The Maestro Partners with his partners. He is also a board member and responsible for financial management of a reputable technology company based in Berlin and Istanbul. He worked in the Blockchain Turkey Platform working legal group, Ministry of Finance Tax Council startup working group. Fatih regularly participates scaleup programs and event as instructor.

Emre is an alliance partner with The Maestro Partners. In his over 20 years of finance-sector experience, he advised both international and domestic clients undertaking various M&A, financial appraisal, valuation, feasibility, IPO, and privatization projects at reputable local and multinational financial institutions in Turkey. He acts as an independent financial advisor to the boards of directors of several companies to support their strategic planning and offers project-based investment feasibility studies, and transaction advisory services. Emre received his BA degree in Economics and his MBA degree from Koc University, Istanbul, and obtained his Ph.D. degree in Business Administration from Istanbul University, Istanbul. He holds an Advanced Level License of the Capital Markets Board of Turkey.

Aslı has been working as a tax advisor for more than 18 years. She worked as tax partner at leading advisory firm and a tax director at a Big 4 Company. She was in charge of corporate tax certification services to multinational clients, as well as advisory services on corporate tax issues. She involved in more than a hundred tax reviews in the scope of independent audit engagements. Aslı also participated International Investors Association working groups.
